Controller

GSA LATAM (RUC 20565387040), titular de la marca Dishub Technologies, domiciled in Lima, Peru (“Dishub”), is the controller of the personal data collected through finhub.lat. FinHub is the financial engine of the Dishub platform.

What we collect

What you give us in the contact form: name, email, company and your message. Also minimal technical data about the request (country of origin and date), used only to reply and prevent abuse.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and, if you ask, continue the commercial conversation. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, and Dishub’s legitimate interest in handling a request you initiated.

Retention

For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and at most two years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer.

Where it is processed

The site is served by Cloudflare and email is processed on Dishub’s own infrastructure. International transfers may occur under the safeguards required by applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. It stores your language preference in your browser only.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection, and withdraw consent, by contacting us through dishub.city. We reply within the periods set by applicable law (in Peru, Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations).

Minors

The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

You may browse the site for information. Abusive scraping, denial-of-service attacks and unsolicited use of the contact form are not permitted.

AI agents and crawlers may read the site’s public content, including llms.txt and the Markdown mirror, honoring robots.txt. They may not use the contact form in an automated way.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. Dishub makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but does not guarantee it is error-free or always available.
